Recognizing the patterns you want to change
Notice recurring habits, relationship dynamics, and beliefs about yourself. Explore which ones reflect your values and which ones you want to approach differently.
When familiar patterns keep showing up in your life and relationships, it can be hard to see a different way forward.
Soulful Vida offers one-to-one life coaching to help you recognize those patterns, reconnect with your self-worth, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
A conversation about your goals, your questions, and whether coaching is right for you.
Certified life coach · English and Spanish · Welcoming all genders and backgrounds
Maybe you recognize patterns in your relationships that you no longer want to repeat.
Maybe a difficult chapter has left you questioning your worth or wondering who you are now.
Or maybe you grew up hearing “be strong” and “keep it to yourself,” and you’re ready for a different kind of conversation.
What you’ve experienced matters. But it doesn’t have to be the only way you see yourself.
At Soulful Vida, there is room to talk honestly about where you are, explore what you want to change, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you want to bring into your next chapter.
You don’t need to have the perfect words. We can begin with what you’re ready to share.
You can be strong and still need support. You can appreciate your family and culture while questioning patterns you don’t want to repeat.
Personal growth is not about pretending the past didn’t happen or becoming someone else.
It is about making room for your voice, your values, and the choices available to you now.
You are allowed to want something different, and to seek support as you explore what that means.
Knowing that something needs to change is one thing. Figuring out what to do differently is another.
Individual coaching gives us time to move beyond general advice and focus on your experiences, your goals, and the situations where you want to make a change.
Together, we can work toward:
Notice recurring habits, relationship dynamics, and beliefs about yourself. Explore which ones reflect your values and which ones you want to approach differently.
Make space for who you are beyond a difficult experience or someone else’s expectations. Get clearer about your strengths, needs, and what matters to you now.
Identify a conversation, decision, or action you want to approach with more intention. Try manageable steps, reflect on what you learn, and adjust as you go.
You might bring a relationship pattern you’ve noticed, a belief about yourself you want to question, or a decision that feels difficult.
We’ll explore what you want to be different, consider your options, and agree on a practical next step. In later sessions, we can revisit what you tried and what you want to work on next.
Your goals guide the work. You remain the person making the decisions.
Explore the coaching options before deciding whether to work together.
You shouldn’t have to leave important parts of yourself out of the conversation.
Soulful Vida was created with a heartfelt commitment to reaching Mexican, Latino, and Black communities while welcoming people of every background and gender.
There is room here to explore family expectations, messages about vulnerability, and patterns that have been passed from one generation to the next, without assuming that everyone’s experience is the same.
You can honor the parts of your story that give you strength and decide what you want to do differently.
Coaching is available in English and Spanish. Choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

Hi, I’m , a certified life coach.
My vision for Soulful Vida is rooted in healing, self-love, connection, and personal growth. I want to make space for conversations that can feel difficult to begin: about our worth, our relationships, and the patterns we want to change.
I believe vulnerability deserves respect, not shame. And support should make room for your identity, your culture, and your lived experiences.
In coaching, my role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and support you as you clarify your goals and put your next steps into practice.
I’m not here to tell you who to become. I’m here to help you explore what moving forward means to you.

You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to have an introductory conversation. You can begin with a pattern you’ve noticed, a situation you want to approach differently, or a sense that you want to reconnect with yourself.
We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether coaching is an appropriate next step.
No. You choose what you’re comfortable sharing. Our coaching conversations focus on your goals and the changes you want to make; you do not need to provide a detailed account of painful experiences to inquire about support.

Your experiences and goals, not a particular identity, are the starting point for our conversation.
There is no promised timeline or guaranteed outcome. We’ll discuss the goals you want to work toward and review what you’re noticing as coaching progresses.
We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, how coaching works, and the available services and costs. This is a conversation about fit and next steps, not a full coaching session.
You may not know exactly what a different future looks like yet.
But you can begin by naming what you want to change, and exploring the support available to help you take that next step.
Let’s talk about the patterns you want to move beyond and the person you’re ready to rediscover.
